Instead of jumping straight into calls with every DM or email inquiry, start with an inquiry form. This helps you filter potential clients and protect your time.
The form collects a few key questions about the potential client's business.
For example: what they do, their goals, where they currently are on social media, and what kind of support they're looking for.
Once you review the form and feel like it could be a good fit, send them an email with your Calendly booking link or any booking appointment that is FREE to schedule a discovery call.
I keep doors open for both established and non-established brands, but the form helps me see the full picture before committing to a call*.*
💡 TIP: Create a simple Google Form or Notion Form and link it in your Instagram bio or DM auto-reply. This way, only serious inquiries make it through.
💡 TIP: If you really want to work with a potential client, aim to send your proposal the same day or at least within 24 hours of the call.
I have a template ready so it's plug and play. I just customize the relevant details per client. You can always edit it as needed.
