By the time you're on this call, the inquiry form has already done the heavy lifting. You know the basics. Use this time to go deeper and understand their story, their struggles, and their vision. This is a conversation, not an interview.

BEFORE THE CALL

OPENING (FIRST 2–3 MINUTES)

Set the tone right away. Let them know this is a safe, low-pressure space.

Suggested opener: "I'm really glad we're here. I just want this to be a space where you can share freely. No pressure at all. I just want to understand your business and where you're at right now."
